Allari’s Enterprise Desktop Support (EDS) Service is designed to provide flexible and reliable enterprise level technology support while minimizing corporate overhead expenses.
The EDS Service leverages a variety of IT teams to support client’s various needs and serve as the single point of contact. Engineers remotely assist with technical support of end user computing devices such as thin clients, desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
Support includes hardware troubleshooting, software installation/upgrades, software & operating system updates, security patch updates, technology selection, configuration & settings changes as well as maintenance of operating system & applications.
Activities provided by this service include but are not limited to:
|Basic Operating System Updates
Boot Camp, VMWare Fusion, or Parallels Desktop Installation
The reliability of an ITIL-Based support structure
|Access Management- Allari provides your users with IT services, data, or other assets per corporate authorizations
Event Management- Allari provides a single point of contact and complete lifecycle management
|Request Fulfillment- Allari provides services for which a predefined approval & qualification process exists
Incident Management- Allari responds to your unplanned disruptions or degradation of service
|Problem Management- Allari identifies and resolves the cause of one or more Incidents
This is a 24×7 service supported by the Allari Service Desk.
Service Bundling Options
These services are appropriate for confidential and most types of restricted data.
This Service requires a Master Service Agreement (MSA) and a Service Level Agreement (SLA). After a one year commitment the agreement extends on a month to month basis.
