1. Where is your organization located?

Allari is headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida. Our resources are located in North America.

2. How does Allari's Managed Services Solution work?

The solution resulted from direct customer interaction more than eight years ago. Our 2003 survey confirmed that many customers are having a difficult time finding strong resources. In addition, if they have a strong resource, they are still spending thousands to bring in consultants to assist with upgrades, new technologies or major troubleshooting. It isn't uncommon to find that internal resources are hindered because they work on the same platform day in and day out. This is why organizations seek outside assistance to bring in outside expertise. Allari's outsourcing approach allows you to leverage the help desk for routine process execution, yet still giving you a lead technician to support you for the upgrades, installations, new technologies and any other difficult tasks. This program uses a web-based ticketing system, a 24 hour manned hotline and a group of resources with many different database and hardware platform backgrounds. Coverage is consistent and not dependent on turnover and vacation coverage. Plus, as a customer, you gain the insight we have from serving so many customers.

3. Is Allari's Managed Solution limited to the execution role as requests are received or will your resources also be available to collaborate with internal staff during implementations, problem diagnosis and resolutions?

When you purchase Allari's Managed Solution, you will receive better service than can be provided by a single, in-house resource since we have a "team" of technicians available to address your concerns or issues. In addition to responding to any request received through our web-based response desk, your team can call our resources directly to discuss any application, patches, issues, etc. at any time.

4. What type of support does Allari offer for the Vertex Tax Software?

At least 75% of our clients also use Vertex Tax Software. We have supported them by executing monthly upgrades and release upgrades. This is part of our outsourcing solution. We also handle custom vertex requirements.

5. What equipment do you use to connect to the customer site?

  • Windows OS VPN. This solution does not require any special software and many of our customers currently utilize this method.
  • www.GoToMyPC.com. Many of our customers currently use this method which is a web interface that allows our Technicians to securely connect to a host deployment server.
  • NFUSE. We do have some customers utilizing Citrix NFUSE. A simple setting can allow external traffic to access the NFUSE website. After which, we publish applications such as remote desktop sharing (this is a Secure connection as well).

6. Are you insured?

Allari maintains a general liability insurance policy, as well as an errors & omissions insurance policy, naming you as loss payee and additional insured to protect customer against any negligent acts, errors or omissions.
